Allow csv output prep

It would be nice if it allowed tabling for csv output as well by replacing/recognizing spaces or other delimiters and putting data into its own cell.

automated column width.

Cells with greater than 25 characters are split into cells (a new row is inserted for this cell). This gives me a 10k line spreadsheet that must be manually edited (combine the cells and delete the blank row).

eliminate page numbers when combining into one sheet

When converting to a single page spreadsheet, bring over the data only - not the headers, author info and page numbers.
